Lisa is the Head of Dispatch and PTS at CIPHER Medical. She is a non-clinical member of the Management Team and brings over 10 years’ experience of patient focused service from her previous role as a Senior Practitioner in the independent Medical and Aesthetics industry.
Lisa is currently undertaking a BSc (hons) in Healthcare & Business Management, which further supports her current knowledge and experience gained since joining CIPHER Medical. She is passionate about delivering excellent patient experience and providing a well-managed service to support our contract clients and users, and ensuring CIPHER is a name associated with quality care at all levels, with a particular focus on Patient Transport.
