Lisa joined the CIPHER Medical team during our early years, previously having worked for over 10 years in the independent Medical and Aesthetics industry. During her time at CIPHER she has used her skills and experience to support expansion in many areas, and is now our Head of People and Ambulance Operations. She leads our Resource Team, who provide a range of functions in our People services and oversees the operations of both our Non-Emergency and Emergency ambulance provisions.
Outside of work, Lisa is currently undertaking a BSc in Healthcare & Business Management and has also gained various qualifications including major incident management (MIMMS) and is a trained TRiM Practitioner.
She is passionate about providing well-managed services which focus on delivering excellent patient care. Supporting our People, our contract clients and users is a key focus, ensuring CIPHER is not only an employer of choice, but a name associated with quality care in all areas.
