Head of Events
Caroline Wright is the Head of Events at CIPHER Medical. Caroline joined CIPHER on a permanent basis in February 2017, after establishing a career within the NHS Ambulance Service.
Roles experienced prior to becoming a paramedic including Independent Living Co-Ordinator for a local charity, Client Project Co-Ordinator for a global marketing organisation, management position within a large telecommunications contact centre.
Caroline firmly believes in delivering a high-quality patient care interaction to all, as well as a high quality, full rounded service to all organisations that employ CIPHER to deliver care. Caroline is passionate to ensure that CIPHER is delivering these high-quality services consistently.
After spending 4 years as Head of Operations at CIPHER Medical, Caroline has moved over to focus on the events sector of the organisation, after seeing significant expansion within each department, bringing along the same core values and patient care to our events.
